The Basque Country (Basque: Euskal Herria) is the name given to a region of Spain in the western Pyrenees that spans the border between France and Spain.
This renown excellence does not reply on complex combinations or elaborate sauces, just simply on high quality, fresh and local ingredients. Prepared to aim at enhancing the natural flavors of the food we eat.
